Action Plan

We will determine who should be involved with making the adjustments, and set an action plan which will start the process moving forward.

Getting everyone on the same page is important so we will be sure to develop a one-page overview which explains the steps we are going to make, the reasons behind them, and our forecasted outcomes.  Getting the full organization's  "buy-in" and understanding is critical so they realize that once our work is done, life will be easier and better for them.

Working the plan

There will be assignments with deadlines, goals, roles & responsibilities.  You, I, and designated people from your organization will meet as a team for updates.

Follow-up & Accountability

After we work through our action plan, we will have Quarterly updates for accountability, adjustments, and making sure that what we determined would help, actually has made improvements.  My goal is not to simply implement and walk away because for you and your team to actual realize the benefits, is very important.
